The IPLS Project Customer Interaction Plan (PCIP), to make your customer interaction and customer communication strategy crystal clear

For each project you need to make and maintain an IPLS Project Risk Plan (PRP). In this PRP you need to list down the possible risks related to the project. There are two type of risks you need to identify, namely (1) internal risks and (2) external risks.

IPLS expects you to make for each project a detailed Project Customer Interaction Plan (PCIP). This is the project related version of the IPLS Customer Interaction Plan (CIP)

Where the Customer Interaction Plan (CIP) outlines the non-negotiable processes related to customer interaction and customer communication followed by everyone in your company, the Project Customer Interaction Plan (PCIP) is focused on project level.

In the Project Customer Interaction Plan (PCIP) you need to outline and describe the non-negotiable and the flexible processes related to the customer interaction and customer communication for a specific project. Each project and each customer is different, so you will have to finetune, customize and adapt your customer interaction and customer communication processes for each project.

In line with the transparency core value of IPLS, it is mandatory to share and discuss the IPLS Project Customer Interaction Plan (PCIP) with your customer.
