The IPLS Customer Interaction Plan (CIP), to define your customer interaction and customer communication strategy

 

IPLS expects you to make a so-called Customer Interaction Plan (CIP) outlining the non-negotiable processes related to customer interaction and customer communication your company will follow. 

 

The Customer Interaction Plan (CIP) should focus on 2 types of non-negotiable processes:

  1. The non-negotiable processes focused on overall (company related) customer interaction and customer communication
  2. The non-negotiable processes focused on customer interaction and customer communication on project level

 

In line with the transparency core value of IPLS, it is mandatory to inform your customer about your company’s IPLS Customer Interaction Plan (CIP).
