Documents to be provided related to building block 3 (IPLS processes)

 

Overall:

  • A document outlining a detailed overview of all the non-negotiable and flexible processes you have in place within your organisation.
  • A document explaining how IPLS consultants are safeguarding the IPLS processes.
  • A document outlining your strategy and plan of approach on how you continuously finetune and update your processes.
  • A document explaining how you build awareness and knowledge related to the IPLS processes within your organisation. 

 

Non-negotiable processes:

Following documents need to be provided related to the non-negotiable processes:

  • A detailed People Back-up Plan (PBP). 
  • A detailed security plan including o.a. security on application level, server level, office premises, computers, laptops, … (in case you are ISO 27001 certified, this document is not required).
  • A detailed description of your business continuity plan (in case you are ISO 27001 certified, this document is not required).
  • A detailed Process Sequence Plan (PSP)
  • A detailed Project Risk Plan (PRP)
  • A detailed Project Customer Interaction Plan (PCIP)
  • A detailed Company Customer Interaction Plan (CCIP)
  • A description of your company employee training plan.
  • A description of your release management approach. 
  • A description of your change management processes.
  • A description of your CAPA-approach (corrective action, preventive action).
  • A description of your testing approach.
  • A description of your maintenance & support approach, including how you handle the hypercare phase.
  • A description of your bug/issue identification and recording approach.
  • An example of your SLA, including response and resolve timings, issue categories, escalation procedure and reporting.
  • An example of your planning document.
  • A description of your documentation approach, including examples of each type of documentation.
  • A description of your development life cycle.
  • A description of your update and upgrade processes.
  • A description of your reporting approach.
  • A description of your KPI approach.
  • A description of your code quality plan (including code review processes, coding standards, naming conventions, GIT-use, version numbering, …).
  • An overview of the DevOps tools you use.
  • A detailed description of the project management software tools you use.
  • A description of how you get ongoing customer feedback on your way of working and deliverables.
  • A description of how you implemented Niko Niko to track employee wellbeing.
  • A description of your infrastructure plan, including the different server environments (test, UAT, hotfix, coldfix, production).
  • A description of your disaster recovery plan, including back-up and restore processes, redundancy approach; roll-back processes).
  • A description on how you handle WCAG implementation.
  • A description of your customer service support approach.
  • A description of your warranty policy.
  • A description of your application and server monitoring approach.
  • A description of your offer and estimation process (including the way you follow the PERT technique and you make detailed cost breakdowns available for your customers.
  • A description of your budget versus actuals reporting approach.
  • A description of your processes to keep your customers informed about the progress of their project.
  • A description of your internal and external communication processes.

 

Flexible processes:

A description of each process you consider as flexible, why the process is considered as flexible and the level of flexibility that is allowed.
