Documents to be provided related to building block 1 (IPLS customer centric development teams)

 

To proof that you handle your projects making use of IPLS customer centric development teams, you should provide at least following documents:

  • A detailed description of your company’s organisation clearly mentioning and listing the different IPLS teams
  • A detailed description of at least 3 fully staffed IPLS customer centric development teams, including team name, names of the team members, contact details, roles and responsibilities, experience level of each team member, period that the team is working together.
  • Proof that at least 75% of the team members of at least 3 IPLS customer centric development teams are working together already for a minimum period of 2 years in the same team.
  • Your description of the role and responsibilities of the team lead.
  • Your description of the role and responsibilities of test engineer / business analyst.
  • Your understanding of a customer centric approach and how your customer is involved in this approach.
  • 5 reference cases of projects handled by an IPLS customer centric development team, including contact details of the customer and a signed declaration of the customer that the project was delivered successfully (meaning withing budget, within the deadline, with a clear planning, in all transparency…).
  • 3 examples of internal projects to enhance the team skills during the so-called in between 2 customer projects periods.

 

In case you go for the AA+ certification level, you also need to provide a document describing at least 3 projects you handled making use of the IPLS development train including contact details of the customer and a signed declaration of the customer that the project was delivered successfully (meaning withing budget, within the deadline, with a clear planning, in all transparency…).
